Mary Tracy, owner of ColorScapes, works closely with clients to create a personalized design plan to fit?their specific needs. This plan can then be used to allow homeowners to implement the design plan?as do – it – yourself – ers, or to contract with ColorScapes to produce an accurate budget, and co-ordinate and manage the project with her qualified team of experts – from flooring, counter tops, plumbing, electrical, painting, and construction until project completion.

As the owner of ColorScapes since 2002, I have worked with over 1000 clients in the greater Madison area. I have managed many whole house remodels as well as hundreds of color and design consultations.
As of fall 2020, I completed my final remodel, a beautiful kitchen in the Blackhawk neighborhood.
In 2012, I received my real estate sales and broker license. I practiced real estate while continuing my interior design career.
In 2021, I transitioned full time to real estate. I work with clients buying or selling. In the fall of 2021, I received my 50+ Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. SRES is a rigorous accreditation to serve 50+ Seniors in their home transitions.
In addition to sales, I consult with homeowners who may not be quite sure how to get started with the task of downsizing, physically and emotionally.
Hence, I founded MT-Nesting to meet the needs of these homeowners downsizing, but not quite ready to set the list date, but who need plenty of support, resources, and assistance to get ready to make a move or to age in place for a time. My background in most things HOME can be helpful in getting the the ball rolling.
